Windows 7 Coming Soon

August 29th, 2009 No comments

It won’t be long for the new and improved Microsoft Windows 7 to be released to the general public. Oct 22, 2009 is when Windows 7 becomes available to the whole world to purchase and install on their PC computer.

Since the first version was released to the public as a beta Microsoft has been listening to people’s suggestions on how to make Windows 7 as easy and intuitive as possible. So that the end result for you the user of Windows 7 is that you will get what you want from Windows 7 with the least amount of hassles in the shortest amount of time possible.

Microsoft since then has released different candidate versions of Windows 7 to the public to get feedback from users on how to improve Windows 7. Microsoft is listening to people on how to make Windows 7 more intuitive and easy to use. As a result Microsoft has implemented many new features based on user feedback that they feel would tremendously benefit all users of Windows 7.

Microsoft seems to me to give the same kind of quality commitment to Windows 7 as it does to the guys in the XNA community where people who love games and wish to make a game either for Windows PC, Xbox 360 or Microsoft’s  Zune multimedia player which can play games as well. Microsoft’s XNA version 3.1 offers people a gaming platform where they don’t have to worry too much about the directx 9c API coding to create their games. C sharp is the main programming language using either Visual C# Express 2008 or Visual Studio Professional 2008 to program games using the XNA game platform.  XNA is a free download for anybody interested in making a game for the Windows PC, Xbox 360 or Microsoft’s Zune Multimedia player.

So Windows 7 will probably be a big hit with computer gamers as well as the new gaming platform since the first release of Windows XP.
